   Our waitress “Cathy” served us so well with professionalism and friendly personality, as well as our beautifully dressed hostess. All four of us were 1st-timers and agreed we would definitely go back.

   The food and service was exceptional. It’s hard enough to find a restaurant that serves a Delmonico steak but Jackson’s prepares it to perfection.

   The only issue I had was the quality of the ribeye. I asked for medium well (a little pink in the middle). When it came out it had been cooked well done and was tough. Everything else was superb and memorable. The staff were great and the tableware service was impressive. You get what you pay for… be prepared to pay for a good experience. Good job Jackson Steakhouse!

   Waitress was amazing. Enjoyed appetizer of pork belly. The smoked cherry old fashion was amazing! Dessert was excellent! My husband really enjoyed his entree, but mine was good,not great. I do believe it was just a little overcooked for my liking. We will go back again.

    The gentleman who seated us was engaging and very nice. He even complimented me on my dress. Our server was cold toward us. We observed him with other patrons, and he was smiling and talking to them. He did not offer my husband a refill for his iced tea. We have never had a server like him at Jackson’s before, and we have been so many times we cannot recount. After we paid and he brought back our receipt, he then said have a nice evening. Probably so he could get a nice tip. Well , that did not work. We usually tip more than 20% after taxes. however; we gave him less than 18% before taxes. We will return, but hope he is never our server.
