    The lobster Mac was dry and my seafood was salty. The server was just mediocre. Not what I remembered and not sure if we’ll be back.

    Food was outstanding! Service was lacking to the point we had to keep asking server to remove empty glasses, and we were asked to pickup and hold empty salad plates so they could set main course on table when it came!

    The ambiance was graat with somewhat of a romantic setting although people were dressed casual. We were dressy because of Vday. The waiter should be more persomable instead of asking robotic question. Also, I wish he knew the wine selection a little better. Overall no complaints & food was delicious.

    We don’t usually prefer to sit in the bar and I thought I put that when I made the reservation, but I guess I did not. We seated in the bar. It’s very noisy there. The food was not up to par. Both of our baked potatoes were cold we consider your restaurant our favorite and we’ve been coming for years for every occasion When we came Christmas Eve my fillet was not cooked the way I ordered it. I notified my waiter and he did not say a word we’re gonna give it one more chance. I don’t know if it’s just on holidays that you have a different cook, but we felt very rushed also.

    Amazing steaks, great sides with good portion sizes. Minimal noise level and always top notch service. Also have a kids menu.

    We frequent J Gilberts and are usually quite pleased but tonight’s service was exceptionally poor. Food was decent but overall the experience was such that we will venture elsewhere in the future.

    We will go back!scallops with lobster risotto was so creamy good. Mouth watering flavors. Filet was smoky flavored served to perfection. We loved our cozy seat in front of the fireplace place which made for romantic evening. Joey was excellent server and we can say excellent! Bravo to open table which suggested this one on the app. I was hesitant that a mall restaurant would be that good but yes it was beyond expectations.
