Our cuisine is country French and Italian with a New Orleans influence. Although a majority of our seating is available for walk-in guests we do take reservations. While you wait we have a piano player and serve cocktails. We look forward to serving you.

    Irene’s is a lovely experience every time we go. The restaurant is beautiful and welcoming. We enjoyed our meal from start to finish, everything was very good. The service was friendly and professional. We will return again and again.

    We really enjoyed our dinner. In addition to the menu they had 1 appetizer , 2 salad, 2 soup & 3 main entree specials. Our server was attentive & knowledgeable. Highly recommend this for a nice dinner in the quarters.

    Superb! Great atmosphere. Live piano was great and soft enough for easy conversation. Decor is wonderful - each room has a different theme. Stellar service. Our party of five ordered a wide variety of dishes and all ranged from good to excellent. The creole cheesecake and flourless chocolate desserts were fabulous. I’m so glad we decided to try this place. It is absolutely one of the best options in the French Quarter.

    I’m not a big poster, however we had a great experience. The special were great. Especially soft shell crabs, and filet mignon. On the regular menu, lamb and my fried fish with crab meat were spot on. Bread pudding dessert with banana foster cream was delicious. AJ our server was informative and attentive. One of the gems in the quarter.

    Irene’s is consistently 1 of the best restaurants in N.O.for BOTH delicious Italian food & outstanding service - my favorite . It’s also so beautiful during the Christmas holidays & has a wonderful pianist in the bar area to bring more holiday cheer. Thanks for the special attention by superb wait staff member Claudia for making my birthday diner so special!!
