   Have been here many times, but this time something was off. Food was great so will start there. Service was rushed, sloppy, yet it took forever even though restaurant was not really busy. Our server was nice, but was always rushing and moving so hard to get his attention. Had about $100 worth of seafood left on our seafood platter and someone just came and cleared it off so quickly, that we shouted for him four times before we could get his attention. Did not even think to ask if we were done. Seemed to have lost some of it's higher end polish but kept all of it's higher end prices. Mid-December and they were just putting out Holiday decorations?

   Pretty nice overall experience and ambience. Funny though, everything was delicious EXCEPT our Filet Mignons. Bland and chewy. Sushi roll was tasty but every piece fell apart, so a bit annoying. Otherwise, pleasant place. Our server Ricardo, was very good! Thanks!

   Best steaks, sushi signature rolls on Long Island! The service staff are friendly, very courteous, always chatting with you on how your doing. Best restaurant on Long Island. It's the only restaurant that we go to all the time for special occasions. We do go there also on non special occasions.

   server rushed us out of the place & forgot half of my guests meal, very poor representation of the company. they dropped my leftovers in the back & tried to get me to leave without replacing them. overall very bad experience for thanksgiving.

   Obviously Prime is known for good food. I wish i could write a perfect review. I think the overall problem was with service. After seated Took a while for someone to come over. The place was not super busy We had a 7 pm reservation. When the server did come over, he explained clearly the specials of the night. However, everything else was a chore. Other diners who were online behind us were served before us and our server only checked in on us one time. My side dish was not the one i ordered. I did not complain. He did not ask us if we wanted a refill on drinks Overall might have been tired However that is your job I am in the food service industry and i know bad service I left 22%tip (65) on my bill However I just wished the person who helped us cared. Otherwise, good exp food was excellent so was the bus boy. Oh yeah, Our server did not pick up the payment after he left bill, He was over by the water station on his phone another server who was polite Did the transaction

    This is my second time at this place, first time was great, but this second time was ok. My family and I didn't care to be seated on patio furniture in a premium steakhouse, took away from the experience and we were surrounded by multiple large groups that left us not being able to converse as much due to the noise level. Hopefully these issues can be addressed so others don't have the same experience.
