It was a magical experience going to the Grand Hyatt. Can’t say enough good things about our experience there. Food was amazing and service was wonderful. The mai tia was the best I had since being on the island

I've been in Kauai for a week and I wish I could say I've had good food, I haven't. It is overpriced and for the cost of the meals, I expect perfection. Today's restaurant was average. The burger wasn't cooked to my specification and my son's order was wrong. He didn't complain, that's who he is. Find another place to spend the kind of $ we spent on an average lunch.

The Food was great. The service was not. Server did not check to see if food was good or if we needed anything else. The hostess was great.

Had pork quesadilla, poke bowl, mochiko chicken and egg drop soup. All appetizers. Very, very good and good quantity as well. A fine place to have lunch. Try it!

One of the many restaurants on the property with a good set but limited menu. They accommodated an item that wasn’t in the menu, which is nice of them. The view is not bad but not as good as the one near the beach and pools. Service staff were courteous.

Way overpriced for the buffet dinner!!! basic food you could get at a cheap country corral buffet restaurant.. move the animals in .to eat. Move them out..next animals to eat... Never again there .hotel area had soooo many people , not enough pools or ocean area , good thing we were t staying there !
