Il Posto Trattoria is a quaint restaurant located at the north end of the city, in the beautiful Napa Valley. We specialize in traditional Italian cuisine with ingredients from Italy and locally grown.
Il Posto provides a warm, comfortable and non pretentious atmosphere with a variety of food options for all ages alike. Walking into Il Posto is like walking into a Trattoria in Rome or Venice, yet it is here in the Incredible Napa Valley! Our menu includes a variety of salads and house made pastas, in both small and large portions. We serve rustic pizzas and classic Italian dishes like Chicken Picatta, Ravioli and Veal Saltimboca. Great food and locals go to for good Italian food, good wine list and small quaint atmosphere. Service is always excellent and the food has been consistently very good. This time we had the soup special of lobster bisque and it was delicious! Also had Miste salad, pasta and clams and pasta and meatballs with a chocolate cannoli to finish.

Our food was good. I ordered the eggplant Parmesan and my friends all ordered lunch specials. The specials included a variety of sandwiches with a side dish. We also shared the garlic bread which was delicious and a large portion. The service was very good. Good place to meet up with friends.

Very busy night but the food and service were excellent as always. A few menu cgnahes and additions were very well thought out and welcome by our party. Greta night. Friendly people. Lovely palce to dine in Napa.

The best value and FOOD in the valley. We are lucky to have Bisto Gon G and Il Posto and I can’t knock Don G but this is my favorite.

Food was very tasty and delicious we dined outside Abita cold out at night in napa but had heaters very popular restaurant will return for more Rustico desert apple crisp recommend to try, you won't leave any on your dish so warm and comforting to eat on a fall evening.
