   Used to be our favorite place but this time food quality was down, sashimi was old and fishy and had to be replaced and second set of sashimi was excellent but really questionable why we were given older quality from the start. Three of our party had fish dinner and all were dry and overcooked. They started charging for bread which used to be complementary and it was dry. So sad to see our go to spot decline in quality and service. Ps we had many times were our water glasses were empty for long periods of times as service was lacking.

   Lovely spot to eat in the Outrigger Hotel. Beautiful view and comfortable seating. We were there for lunch and there was a live singer too. Nice! Would love to go back!

   We dined at Hula Grill twice on our stay. The food is outstanding, the atmosphere is fantastic and the service was superb and very attentive.

   We requested an ocean view table and received it. Amazing view and ambiance and got to watch the sunlight fade into darkness while we enjoyed our appetizers. Wait staff were attentive but not overly so. Food was excellent. We enjoyed the live music being played at Duke's below our balcony table. Value is there but definitely more on the premium side, pricewise. Would definitely eat here again, but one downside is that the menu is fairly small so after a few visits you've probably eaten everything except for the daily specials.

   The focaccia bread with sweet chili water and the olive oil combo is a masterpiece!!! I know it sound silly to type about bread, but you can’t pass it up. Our food was excellent and fresh and the service was flawless. We got to dine on the rail and watch the beautiful Hawaiian sunset!

   A great place for a relaxing lunch with views of the ocean and diamond head. Food did not disappoint and waitress was available but not rushing us at all. Look forward to going again.

   Our waiter was good, thank you. Unfortunately staff at the reception area where we checked in were very unwelcoming and didn't take the time to say hi and welcome or even goodbye when we left. Totally different to all of our previous experiences at Hula Grill. The food was good and table with a view was great. The 2-3 staff at the entry point and 1 staff member at the exit point area were very average to the point we nearly turned around to eat elsewhere. No Mahalo from us this time.

   Normally a good experience here. But arrived at my 0730 reservation to an almost empty restaurant and was put in the farthest corner of the balcony with the worse view. Asked to move and they would only move me two tables. Both Hostesses were clearly grumpy this morning with a hello or smile.

    The ginger pesto dinner was very lacking, full of oil, ginger and pesto were miniscule, fish was good, very overpriced. The music was way too loud, could not hear to talk . Did not have dessert due to the noise
