   absolutely will not be returning! for the price they charge, the fool is ok but ok top on that the service was HORRIBLE - so disappointing and frustrating for the amount we spent

   More fudge and nuts on the hula pie (way less than use to have) and the ice cream seems subpar to what use to be as well. Other than that, our Mai tais and dinner were fantastic!

   Hula Grill has been a Ka’anapali Beach staple for the more than 20 years I’ve been coming here—I’m excited that it is still the same awesome food/service/vibes as it was when I was a kid coming back then and that I got to share it with my wife! Can’t wait til we come back again!

   Service was lacking. Seated and waited a bit for service. Ordered two salads and an entree to split. Brought a glass of wine from the bar. Salads served timely. In the interim a table of 6 seated near us, table of 2. Our salads done, wine empty, waited for service…the table of 6 received their meals and done when we finally received ours. Again food delicious service par.

    We had a great meal and great service. It was very slow on our table for some reason. It took over 90 minutes for our food to get there. There was a table next to us which turned over twice in the time it took for us to get served. However, our waiter was gracious and the food was outstanding as was the view. Just seemed a bit slow even on island time.
