The crispy chicken is delicious. I couldn't eat it as a sandwich. I took it off the bun, the waiter gave me a sharp knife and I enjoyed eating it with thefries.

The food is quite good, and 'trendy', the wait staff is friendly but a bit slow, it's a great place for a 'real' meal at NYBG. I needed to call the restaurant to change a reservation ... they did not return my call, twice. So we winged it, which fortunately worked out. But if the restaurant had bee n busy...who knows...

Once again we were not disappointed with reserving a table to have dinner after viewing the Train Show at NYBG. The food and service were wondeful. In viewing the menu we were hoping for a few more choices but still found enough there to satify our final selections. The service was spot on, having the server checking on us throughout the meal. The dishes were all to the liking of all of us at the table. We will be back again...

Our family had lunch today(Saturday) ahead of seeing Holiday Trains. When we arrived there was one round table available and in the corner where we usually sit. The hostess said the table was reserved by someone else. I found that odd so we waited for another table to be prepared. We had asked for the round table as well several weeks ago so to be told the table was being held for someone else is not credible. Our table was fine but drafty on a cold day. About half way into our lunch the table was occupied. It just seemed that we weren’t being treated fairly.

Unfortunately, the server brought the appetizer at the same time as the entrees. This is the second time this has happened and we sent them back. We needed to ask for plates to share the appetizer as well as our desert. No detail in serving customers. Did not ask if we would like individual credit card receipts. Have noticed a decline in service in the last two months.

Our Favorite place to go when we go to the NY Botanical Garden. Great food. Service highly recommended. The burgers and fries are the best in the BRONX.

Steven our server was excellent. Friendly and helpful. Food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. We had the butternut squash soup, zucchini chips, herb bread, mushroom cavatelli, roasted chicken and butterscotch apple cake. Honestly so delicious. Highly recommend.
