   Amazing experience! Love coming here every time and am treated so well to such delicious food and amazing service! The front desk concierge to the waiter are all the best!

   Everything was wonderful (as usual) except our server. He wasn't pleasant or friendly. Previous servers knew we were there for our anniversary, said Congratulations, asked how long we've been together, took a picture of us etc. He had no interest in anything except getting our drink and entree order. Not a nice fellow or interested in making us feel welcome. Example; there was no napkin at my place setting and I politely asked for one. He walked by, put one on the table and said "here ya go" and kept moving. I said "thank you" but all I saw was the back of his head moving away. A good server would have offered an apology for the oversight, immediately corrected the mistake and said to the customer thanks for your patience and understanding (or something to that effect). He made me feel like I was bothering him. Contrary to our disengaged waiter there was a busser guy who was awesome! He was open and friendly, joyful, and accommodating. He liked his job and wanted to be helpful. Our actual server, not so much. My wife and I openly wished the busser was our server. If I knew the busser's name, I'd say promote him. The only time our waiter was even remotely kind was when he put the bill on the table. So, when it's time for the tip, guess what? He was very nice! Wow, imagine that...

   House of Prime Rib used to be my go-to spot and my easy answer whenever someone asked for my favorite restaurant. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was disappointing and left me feeling like the quality of the service has diminished. The restaurant positions itself as a place that offers a top dining experience, but everything felt rushed and impersonal. For example, the tableside salad preparation, which should add a special touch, was done so quickly that it felt more like an afterthought. The server dumped excessive dressing on the salad and plated it within two minutes, barely giving me a chance to request light dressing. The chef introduction, another hallmark of the experience, felt hollow. If this is part of the ambiance, it should be done properly. Instead, the chef simply waved from a few steps away instead of greeting us at the table, which made the gesture feel meaningless. The floor manager did check on tables, but the interaction lacked attentiveness. When my husband finished his plate quickly, it seemed like an opportunity to offer a second portion or check in proactively. Instead, we had to wait 10 minutes to get the server’s attention. When my husband finally requested another piece, it was brought out without asking if he wanted sides. Before we could say anything, the server had already walked away. Overall, I felt the staff focused more on speed than on creating a welcoming, thoughtful experience. I noticed other tables seemed to have a more personable interaction with their servers, which made the inconsistency more apparent. House of Prime Rib has always been known for its exceptional service and attention to detail, but this visit made those elements feel more like empty gestures than genuine hospitality.

   It was a guys night out when we went to HORP with my two good friends. We were an hour early. We hung out at the bar and we were seated about 20 minutes before our actual reservation time. They seated us at a 4 person table which was good with extra room. Food came quick and the prime ribs were good as always. Service was excellent.

   Prime rib was excellent as usual. Great price on wine selected. Only thing was portion of creamed spinach seemed noticeably reduced.

    It’s always a treat dining here. One of my friends have not been here for a couple of years and he says, the food was as good as the first time he ate there. Consistent all throughout. We had a last minute change the day prior from originally reservation for 5 but increased to 10 people and they were able to accommodate us.
