RESERVATIONS:
Heirloom is open for dinner Tuesday - Saturday starting at 5pm; closed Sunday & Monday.
We accept dining reservations 30 days out, simply meaning today's date plus 30 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel or no show within 12 hours of your reservation, your credit card will be charged $25/per person.
All proceeds go towards the Heirloom kitchen squad’s continued culinary education, research & development.

We do not offer child seating (high chairs/booster seats) of any kind, nor a children’s menu, and we are unable to accommodate strollers in the dining room.

PATIO:
Our patio is located outside, in full sun, with umbrellas provided.
Please take note if you are uncomfortable with sun exposure and outdoor elements.
Patio tables are entirely weather dependent, and therefore released the day of.
However, if the weather is looking magical for a few days at a time, tables will be released for booking.

Ambience: very rustic/charming residence turned restaurant service: very pleasant/attentive Guatemalan gentleman cocktails: prompt well crafted wine: adequate Food: extensive and conceptually creative -unfortunately taste wise--a little disappointing.. 1. beet salad - attractive but eye fluttering sour to the point my wife could not finish 2. mushroom carpaccio- great texture and presentation - had enough acid sourness to melt your enamel 3. short rib- succulent and flavorful but mushroom short bread was burnt on the edges 4. duck- tasty but chewy ( wonder why we were asked how done we would like it) 5. pot de creme had enough spicy heat to make you pull your hair out..alfajores saved the day ( not appropriate to finish...an appetizer--maybe)

Best dining experience, not only in Lewes but at the entire region. Highly recommend the mouth watering Kennett Square Mushroom Carpaccio as an appetizer, followed by the perfectly cooked duck for the main course. Save room for dessert, as they’re made in house and indulge in the butternut squash cheesecake. Don’t miss out on a dining experience you won’t forget.

We had reservations at the bar. Andrea, the bartender, was the perfect host. Very personable and helpful in guiding us to a wonderful dinner.

Trout and catfish entrees were both excellent, as was the salad and apple tart. Servers are very well versed on meal preparation and accompaniments.

Beautiful place, charming and cozy! Perfect for special occasions. We had the beef short ribs, fork tender and delicious and the pasta and clams dish. Everything was terrific! Great drinks and service too! 👍
