I am not Vegan and were hesitant about spending so much for a prix fix vegan meal. But it was delicious, inventive, and I didn’t miss the meat nor diary. We did this for our family who are vegetarian and gluten intolerant. We all enjoyed the meal! I love that there is beverage pairing. I would recommend anyone who is vegan and looking for a fancy celebration.

Harvest Beat is a great vegan restaurant! It's a little different as there is just one seating, but for a fun and different dining experience, give this place a try. Their commitment to trying new flavors and seeking local farm vendors is impressive. Just a note, if you're looking for a section of the restaurant to talk with friends, then sit in the back. However, if you sit in the middle or front of the restaurant, then you'll get a view of the kitchen and better view of the action.

I did not enjoy the food and did not find the experience was special for what I was expecting.

Ambience excellent, wine pairings fantastic, tables a bit tight, but not so loud that you can't have a quiet conversation. Just the right amount of service. For special occasions, or if you are a veggie looking to learn and expand your cooking experience it is a must go.

The food is amazing, my husband nd I have never been disappointed. It doesn’t matter how traditional or creative the menu is, it is always incredible and full of flavor. Somehow they always surprise us! On the other side, the hostess tactic and interaction could improve… is never my favorite part; it is rushed and it seems that there is no time to be welcoming or too kind to the customers. But once you manage to find a table for your reservation, and carry your coat, handbag, your own welcome drink (and your husband’s, drink because he is trying to find parking) upstairs without spilling anything, you can finally take a seat, and the pleasant experience begins.

Amazing. A very unique experience that is both intimate but also fosters a sense if community. Staff is very kind and food tastes amazing.

My fiancee and I had a great experience! They called in advance to discuss the dietary restrictions I left in my reservation note and were able to accommodate us without issue. Upon arrival we were able to pick the table of our choice, and after receiving our first glass of sparkling wine while waiting for dinner to begin, the chef soon called the room's attention to discuss the menu and which local farms the ingredients were sourced from. Soon after we received the salad and soup + wine pairing, and each dish followed in just enough time to enjoy it without rush but without too much of a delay either. Each dish was incredibly delicious, filling, and beautifully presented. It was a very unique experience in that, while I've done tasting menus before, I had never done one from an entirely vegan place. While outside my price range for regular dining, I would absolutely do it again for a special occasion.

Once again, I invited meat-loving guests, and once again, they were won over. Harvest Beat is a delight. Because I am celebrating Dry January, I had the non-alcoholic pairings, and they were all delightful. If you want an exceptional dining experience in Seattle, please book your table today.
