   We took my mother out as a surprise 83rd birthday dinner. Everyone's meal was delicious, and the service was excellent. They even treated my mother to a mini birthday cupcake, complete with a candle. The only thing that could have been improved upon, was the temperature. It felt like cold air was still coming out of the ventilation system. We had long sleeves on and were still chilly.

   Lots of great choices for brunch. Had a hard time picking but very happy with the stuffed french toast and benedict. Great atmosphere.

   We received 2 different menus, and the server made it such a huge deal that I was wrong and they were the same (but for 2 cocktails and an app), and even brought in the manager to see how to “better explain it to me.” It wasn’t an issue, I understood completely but way to try to make me feel stupid. The cobia fish was not available, and we were not informed until ordering (at least 30min post seating) which was the entire reason for choosing this place. The food came out a long time after ordering, filet and the ribs- filet was cooked well, melted in your mouth. The ribs were gristly and the sauce was just weird. The brussels were not good at all but the Mac and cheese was pretty good. It was very loud, bright- almost like an upscale Denny’s to be honest. Overall, I always love going to Hershey but will definitely skip this place! No doubt these are reasons for its rebranding…

   We liked everything about Harvest. The waitress was very informative about the location and guided us with the menu selections. Our reservation was at 415 and we arrived early but told we would not be seated until 415 even though there were plenty of available tables.

   If I could give service 10 stars I would. Lindsay was incredibly welcoming, hospitable, and accommodating. Her wit, personality and sense of humor was incredible from start to finish. Her service was top notch with multiple comments circling the table as “the best service.” Now onto food…..I wish I had 2 stomachs, or maybe 5. Our group enjoyed the she crab soup, pretzel and cheese appetizer, Brussels sprouts, Mac and cheese and wedge salads as a first course. We then moved onto dinner entrees; pan seared chicken, fish and chips, burger and lobster salad without a complaint. That spiraled us into ordering every dessert on the menu without a single regret. Sweet tooth satisfied, but I wouldn’t expect anything less from the sweetest place on earth. The Mon Frère Chardonnay was tastefully selected to pair well with the cuisine, and you can’t go wrong with the Signature Hershey’s Kisses Chocolate Martini with dessert. Again, my sweet tooth is very satisfied. Other resorts should take notes from The Hotel Hershey and the hospitality their hotel, restaurants and staff provide. 10/10 without a question.

    We really enjoyed the entire evening. The food and the service were excellent. The only disappointment was two very large tables of people from a conference at the hotel making a lot noise. Suddenly it was difficult to to hear our conversation at our table.
