   Great ambience, food and drinks but service lacked this time around….. place was ~75% occupied….usually a spot on place to go.

   I ordered the hamburger and substituted Caesar salad for the fries. Fantastic and way better that fries. My husband had ordered steak the night before and it was not as tender or same grade of steak that we are used to from Hells Kitchen. It has been going down in meat grade for 6 months. But the hamburger was delicious. The ambience was great, noise level high but it IS inside a casino. Overall great!

   Beef wellington ordered med rare came out so rare it was still cold. It was checked and served that way somehow. I call the server over and turn the plate to expose the raw meat and she has no idea what she’s looking at either. Then of course they bring me a very overcooked medium well one next. I gave up and just ate it but I shouldn’t have. Flavorless overcooked meat and not worth the few hundred dollars spent. What a waste.

   This has gone down hill incredibly since one year ago. Service was slow. Attention to detail was poor. I think grade of meat went down. Specifically, one in the party had a seltzer, and got a pint glass with no ice so it warmed up. One in the party had a butterflied petit filet that was cooked right but was just warm. No salt and pepper on table. Nobody asked if we wanted fresh pepper on our salads. Cocktails poured weak. Steak in filets seemed lower grade. One in party talked how great last year was, but was so disappointed this year. Got the bill and server must have gone on break. It was 15 minutes to finally get attention to pay the bill. Too commercial. We as a company will not return.

   For what they charge you would think the food would be A+. We felt like it was Chili’s quality with a famous name on the restaurant. Fish was soggy. Service was slow. Took 90 minutes to get food. Best part was the sticky toffee pudding. That was A+

   Absolute wonderful experience as always. Service was prompt friendly and polite and all the food was on point and delicious.

   初めてのラスベガス出張でしたが、ネットで評価の高かったこちらのお店にしました。 店内は広く賑やかな雰囲気でした。 店員も親切でカタコト英語でも問題ありませんでした。 料理も美味しかったので今後また系列店も言ってみたいです。
