                                                                                                  The staff were both professional and kind. The beef Wellington was perfectly prepared . Fish was perfectly fried, the accompanying chips could be crispier for my taste. Overall delightful. The noise level is due to the location open to the casino in Cesar’s Palace. Our table was towards the rear of the pub which reduced the noise considerably.

                                                                                                  AT @$40 for fish and chips, you'd think they would get it right. It took 3 goes. First the chips were cold and soggy. Then they fixed that and the mushy peas were stone cold. Really? Where is the Quality control? If to this you then add the cheapest wine at $90+ , Beer at $15 and a rather soulless ambiance...extremely blah haha everything. IF Gordon wants to be the epitome of quality as he keeps hacking on about with all of his myriad of shows...he needs to go back to this his signature branded restaurant in Caesars and do some serious intervention.

                                                                                                  We like Vegas. We havent spent much time at Caesars but it is a spectacular place. The restaurant was energetic, tables were packed, and people were waiting patiently to be seated. We arrived in time, checked in, and waited kindly to be called. All good. We sat down and were pleased we got a booth as requested via OT. We skipped adult bevs tonight but ordered right away. Roger I think did a good job. Seems most every waiter is a foreigner but they speak good English. Do Americans not work domestic service jobs anymore?>>> Anyway, we ordered NY Strip, salad, and Mac and Cheese. Unfort they would not split the meat nor serve Medium Plus. So we took it Med Well OK. The mac and cheese with lobster chunks was good. The salad was great. The meat was OK. The TVs had the local rodeo on LIVE so that was cool to watch. I gave waiter my rewards card but the confirmation did not appear on receipt. I hope it was recorded b/c a $100+ meal needs to be rewarded. Thank you.

Ordered Beef Wellington which was excellent but the sides were cold. Some carrots were soft and others very hard. We are big fans of Gordon Ramsey and not sure this would have passed his expectations, but understand the volume of people they have to service. Still a recommendation.
