   While the salad, beef Wellington, and dessert were good, my fish and chips came under seasoned and had six bones in it. The calamari, though crispy, was chewy and overcooked.

   How disappointing that the PUB SPOTS ( scrumptious sliders) are gone from the menu! They were perfect with a shared Caesar salad for someone like me with a moderate appetite. So my husband and I shared the Caesar and both had a Pub Burger. Both were fine, but the burger was nothing extraordinary and way too much to finish even when ignoring the oversized bun. Bring back the sliders, please!

   There were three of us dining. We've all eaten at Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill previously and have enjoyed our meals. We ordered two appetizers to share, a salad and burger (to be split among two of the diners) and two side dishes as the entree for the third diner. We asked the waiter to make sure that our "entrees" did not come out right on top of the appetizers as happens in so many restaurants. Our appetizers were delivered and were very good. Now for the problem: We then sat waiting for close to 45 minutes for the rest of our food order to appear. The waiter passed by our table multiple times and never stopped to check on us. We finally flagged him down and he said that he would check on our order. The remainder of the meal was finally delivered to our table, but everything was completely cold. We flagged down the waiter again and let him know the problem. He offered to have new food sent out but at that point, we were no longer interested in eating. We did ask for a new order of one the sides, the macaroni & cheese. The "new" dish that was delivered was very clearly the original dish that had just been reheated. The restaurant did take the entree items off the check and comped us some more wine, but the waiter and manager really didn't care at all that we had such a bad experience. The whole experience was really sad. I think that perhaps Gordon Ramsay needs to pay a little more attention to what is going on at this restaurant.

   The food was delicious and they added new items to the menu so I can’t wait to go back try these items. My BBF tried the chicken Milanese that is new and left the plate clean it was so good.

   All our food was so flavorful, warm, and delivered fast. We shared the fried calamari, chicken milanese, filet mignon, mac and cheese and the chocolate crum brûlée. Our favorite was the filet mignon, exceeded expectations.

    My wife went to the bathroom and I got up from the table to check on her and in less than 30 seconds they cleared our appetizer and drinks. Strike 1 Then our food came and my burger that was supposed to have short rib on it, was nasty. Then to see the portion size of the Chicken Pot pie for $26 was atrocious. Strike 2 on the burger. After the table clearing incident and not bringing us a fresh appetizer, our waiter never came back not even to ask how the actual meal was or if we wanted more to drink. Strike 3 Never again, will we eat here. Totally disappointed
