Italian food lovers can rejoice: Emmy-Award winning celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis has opened her first-ever restaurant, GIADA inside The Cromwell.
This charming Las Vegas restaurant welcomes diners with warm colors, comfortable furniture and natural lighting thanks to the restaurant’s huge retractable windows. Guests can eat in the dining room, lounge or at window tables, boasting breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains and Caesars Palace.
The menu consists of Italian cuisine with refreshing, Californian influences. GIADA adds a lighter touch to Italian dishes, all while staying true to classic Italian recipes.

We started with a cocktail at the bar, which was very tasty, and the server was very nice and checked on us frequently. We then went to our table for dinner, which had a great view of the strip and fountains. We ordered an appetizer (orzo meatballs), which were excellent and arrived fairly quickly. The main entrees were ordered and arrived well prepared, hot, and flavorful. I had the jindori chicken and the wife had the lemon spaghetti with chicken. The whole experience was great but seemed like it took a while to serve the entrees. Priced at typical strip levels but you can use caesars rewards to cover tee cost of the meal and drinks. A great experience overall.

Took my mom to Vegas for her 60th with my sister and Giada's was one of two dinners we planned for the trip. We were optimistic but left really disappointed. The food was mediocre & lukewarm, the experienced felt rushed (three courses in 50 minutes), and our waiter was friendly to begin but disappeared after taking our food order. We're disappointed to have had such a crappy experience for one of two dinners out on our first trip to Vegas.

Food was ok, menu has changed so what we expected was not on the menu but her signature pasta was and it is always good. As far as the service, unfortunately we had a server who was all business and made us feel like we were bothering him if we would ask a question. He did not ask if we wanted drinks he just answered 1 question and walked away quickly. When he finally came back, we ordered a bottle of wine Sauvignon blanc and he brought a cab sav of the same brand and proceeded to pour. Bit different. I have to say there are much better restaurants with better food to spend my money and where the servers treat you like the first customer of the day. As it should be.
