Italian food lovers can rejoice: Emmy-Award winning celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis has opened her first-ever restaurant, GIADA inside The Cromwell.
This charming Las Vegas restaurant welcomes diners with warm colors, comfortable furniture and natural lighting thanks to the restaurant’s huge retractable windows. Guests can eat in the dining room, lounge or at window tables, boasting breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains and Caesars Palace.
The menu consists of Italian cuisine with refreshing, Californian influences. GIADA adds a lighter touch to Italian dishes, all while staying true to classic Italian recipes.

Very easily got a resy here for a party of 6 day of. Very quiet and low key. Server, Billy, was wonderful. Drinks are great and everyone enjoyed their food.

This is my second time to Giada. I came here on 2017 with my girlfriends and had such a wonderful experience that I decided to bring my family there for lunch on our family trip. Sadly much has changed. We made our reservation for 1pm, and even-though the restaurant was hardly filled we had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. Our waitress approached us for our drink order promptly but then was gone for a long time before returning to take our orders. We ordered the Salumi & Formaggi to start and for our mains, we had Orzo meatballs, Chicken Caprese Panini, American breakfast w meatballs and Bucatini alla Nerano. The starter took over 15 mins to arrive even though the restaurant

Food was unbalanced overly acidic My wife had the Lemon pasta and I had the scallop dish with tomatoes and sauce. Both dishes were uneatable, we only had a couple of bites. Obviously nobody was tasting in kitchen. We have eaten at Giada numerous times since it opened and always come here. This is the first disapointmenting meal we have had here. Hopefully things will be better next time. They chomped the food.
