Italian food lovers can rejoice: Emmy-Award winning celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis has opened her first-ever restaurant, GIADA inside The Cromwell.
This charming Las Vegas restaurant welcomes diners with warm colors, comfortable furniture and natural lighting thanks to the restaurant’s huge retractable windows. Guests can eat in the dining room, lounge or at window tables, boasting breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains and Caesars Palace.
The menu consists of Italian cuisine with refreshing, Californian influences. GIADA adds a lighter touch to Italian dishes, all while staying true to classic Italian recipes.

We have dined at Giada’s on multiple occasions and this is our 3rd New Years Eve experience. It doesn’t get much better than this. The meal was excellent as was the service. Since the restaurant overlooks the strip, they open the large windows so we can enjoy the celebration with the thousands on the street below. We got a great view of the fireworks as well. Carlos, our server, was very attentive. Joann and Tricia, the manager also went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The pianist was wonderful and a welcome addition.

Desafortunadamente no comimos en el lugar ya que auque tenía reservacion desde Agosto...cambiaron su política y los precios eran exorvitantes....solo por ocupar una mesa eran $300 dlls por persona..nos sentamos en la barra y los precios de la comida ni pensarlo solo por estar en el lugar en la barra...OLVIDENLO. Para empezar Antipasto. $50 dlls Sugundo tiempo $65 dlls Plato principal $130 dlls Más postre y bebidas ... La verdad nos levantamos y nos fuimos...hemos ido a otros restaurantes y no nos avia tocado una mala experiencia como la de anoche 12/31/2024

Perfect restaurant for dinner on the strip! Even better for New Year’s Eve! Definitely recommend reserving a window table for the amazing view. We reserved for family night on NYE for my son’s 6th birthday and everything exceeded expectations, from check in to leaving the restaurant, staff was always friendly and welcoming, the server was great and dinner selections - bacon wrapped dates (appetizer), NY Strip, Salmon and Branzino- were delicious. For view, ambiance, menu and location can’t get any better.

This is our second time dining here and we loved it as much as the first! Excellent food and impeccable service. We let our waiter know we were heading to a show and he timed everything perfectly and gave us tips on how to get to our venue quickly. A perfect NYE dinner. Thank you!

The drinks are very good. We enjoyed the bread board, and the cheese board for starters. The roasted chicken was very good and also the meat balls.
