   I had high hopes for this restaurant, but sadly I was disappointed! We ordered oysters that came to the table with zero brine. They were void of any of the classic salinity and mineral flavor in oysters of any variety. It was a big miss. The artichoke was also bland and texture off. Good marks on the romaine salad, but it’s difficult to mess up lettuce. Entrees were scallops that were nicely seared but were very gritty! Lemon spaghetti was fair.. noodles tasted gummy, two shrimp were overcooked and I had to saw with my knife to try to eat them. I did not finish 85% of my meal. Affogato was okay, gelato was gritty. With one glass of wine and two beers we paid nearly $300 for this. Everything in Vegas is overpriced, but this was very disappointing. Service was great though and very attentive. With all the dining options here..this is a skip.

   It was a fabulous dinner highly enjoyed our choices of lobster ravioli and lemon spaghetti. I would recommend this restaurant for experience, views, and of course, the delicious food. We were celebrating a birthday and this place made it special.

   The branzino was absolutely wonderful. Our server, Gary, was excellent. His advice was spot on.

   The frittata was underwhelming. Pretty but not at all tasty. My husband had the pizza and that was much better.

   We booked the guaranteed window seating experience for 7:30 and arrived 10 minutes late. Checked in and were told our table would be available shortly. 20 minutes passed and we were told sorry but the people in our table had not left but they would be leaving soon. I asked if we could wait at the bar and bill our drinks to the table while we waited and was told absolutely. After our drinks were served we were presented a bill and told the bartender we would be billing our table and he said we kindly ask to close out tabs at the bar and I said the hostess said we could do that and he nodded and left. After 30 minutes at the bar we are finally seated at a table that was across the aisle from the window. And waited 10 minutes before a server came to take drink orders. We talked amongst ourselves contemplating if we actually were at the table that we booked and when the server returned 5 minutes later we asked him and he acknowledged that it was not the window experience seat we booked. Now in order to reserve that table we had to agree to a minimum spend and confirmed that when checking in assuring $500+ for the table. The manager came over and was very nice and apologized and said we would be moved to the window table as soon as it was available. Meanwhile we are sitting here watching a group of 3 lady’s sitting at a table (our table) chatting away not eating, drinking or ordering anything, they already had their leftovers packed up. A member of the Giada’s staff sits down with them (looked like a chef in a black shirt) and talks for at least 10 minutes and we assumed it was a family member based on the conversation then leaves. It’s already after 9pm and we had a 7:30 reservation. After about another 10-15 minutes they finally leave and the table is cleaned and we are moved to that table. Now it’s almost 9:30, 2 hours after our reservation time. We secured the time/table with credit card that would get charged if we didn’t show so we expected it to be honored.

    Christopher was an excellent server. Food was amazing! We were a party of two and split the anniversary samplers. Outstanding!! 10 out of 10. Would recommend!
