   Whole experience with food and drink was very good, but after being promptly seated by the staff at the front door, our table was totally missed by the waiting staff and he we had to return to the front desk to organise someone to engage with us - very surprised at this as service is usually top notch

   Nice place with German food specialties. Space here is not an issue. Better dining experience in the balcony.

   Lieu très agréable, en face de la gare St Pancras, sympa pour petit déjeuner à l’arrivée du train. Mais les plats étaient froids, le service moyen et le dressage des plats vraiment pas appétissant. Dommage.

   This was our 3rd visit and there were 5 of us for my birthday. As before, it was a great experience, with wonderful food and Erick, great staff and atmosphere. They even did a small cake with a candle for my birthday.

    The menu is solid, with German and Bavarian favourites, the staff are super friendly and the building is beautiful. The main issue is the price, this food isn’t made to be this expensive and travelling to Germany a lot you kind of feel stung eating here. I do believe it’s not the restaurant’s fault though, it’s more London prices in general. Ironically I would still say it’s worth a visit just be prepared as I’ve warned you now. :)
