Great surprise not far off Michigan Ave. highly recommend this place. Our entire family enjoyed the food and experience. The flatbread and rolled pasta was incredible. It is a little loud.

Our waiter, who also worked at the bar, took care of us. Not sure if they were down in manpower but, Ben (I think that was his name) went above and beyond. It was our 5th wedding anniversary and overall the food, drinks, and service was the best. We'll definitely come again. And thanks to Ben who took care of us!

Went for a Happy Hour on Friday evening. Nice selections on the HH menu. Decent portions. Two of us shared the bruschetta, spaghetti and Caesar salad. And had room left for the chocolate cake. Yum! The place wasn’t crowded when we got there but was filling up by 6:15. I guess the noise level would go up then but it was nice and conversation friendly when we were there.

Welcomed with joy, we were taken to our favorite table. We went with one old favorite and one new choice from the menu (the pork chop) and were pleased with both: the pork chop was large but tender and full of flavor. Service was excellent, with beverage refills right on time and everyone was cheerful from arrival to departure (staff, other diners, and both of us.) All stars all around!

Our server Ben on Friday night was the best. Very nice and accommodating. Food is always good at Francesca’s. It was very busy on a Friday night so it was a little noisy but to be expected.

My husband and I chose Francesca‘s for our anniversary dinner. It was a delightful evening. Very busy for a Thursday, which is always a good sign. We had an excellent waitress by the name of Titane. A fabulous dinner and a fabulous time.
