We were seated quickly and at the time of our reservation. The bartender was attentive and made nice drinks. Our waiter seemed distracted and we had to ask a couple times for more bread and water. The waiter did not write down our orders even though we were a table of 7. That slowed things down at the end of our meal when getting our checks. The food and drinks were very good tasting and very big portions. The restaurant was nicely decorated. I have been to other Francesca's locations if they are related, and have had better service. The food has been good at all the Francesca-named restaurants.

The service, food, was fair. The ambiance was perfect. The amount of money we paid was not worth our experience. The food was average. However, the bus boys were more attentive than the server. The server was nice and kind, but the $24 gratitude we were forced to pay did not match her level of service. We were not impressed at all. I had a better experience at different restaurants. The staff kindness made up for the other lack.

Reservations were running behind on Xmas Eve, should have probably stayed a limit on how long parties could sit. Dinner for 5 with 2 apps and 4 cocktails close to $300.

I was disappointed. One week before Christmas, it turned out a reservation was not necessary. There were very few people there. They seated us near the bar, so the bartender could wait on us. The menu was very limited. I never heard of an upscale Italian restaurant they didn't even offer veal. The entrees and drinks were very overpriced.

The place was busy,well, it's the holiday season, right. The food was so authentic, and my carpaccio was so unique, same as their homemade lemonccelo,tasted so good and freshly made. Service was impeccable and friendly. Great place in Oak lawn for Italian cuisine 100%

It was really easy to book a reservation on open table for the restaurant. It was only me and my 4 year old daughter dining and it was a pleasant experience. Food and service were excellent. I wish we lived closer because we would definitely visit this place more often.
