Opened in 2006, the first thing you'll experience at Wild Sage American Bistro is the rich earth tones and classic architectural details that make our bistro both relaxing and refined. Reservations are strongly recommended. Our full service bar has 14 seats and accommodates walk-in's on a first come, first served basis. While there is no dress code at Sorella, we encourage guests to dress smart casual. The music volume in the restaurant is loud with a lively vibe. We have a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals before your reservation will be canceled. No shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours will be subject to a $25 per person cancellation fee. You are beholden to your party size, your party size (unless circumstances allow) cannot be adjusted. We ask that you do not make multiple reservations with the intent to be seated together. We do our best to accommodate all guests in a timely manner, please be mindful of your dining time with us. Reservations are available 42 days in advance at 12:00am PST. Our beef is dry-aged and meticulously handled by our expert team. The steaks are then cooked in a custom made, top heated, radiant broiler at temperatures of 1,800 to 2,200 degrees sealing in the savory juices.Churchill's impressive menu includes USDA Prime domestic Lamb Chops, Duroc Pork Chops, fresh fish and shellfish and other seasonal seafood offerings such as Copper River Salmon. Our bakery turns out fresh baked dinner rolls daily along with a variety of home made cakes and desserts.     Sorella was perfect! The food, the ambience, and the service went above and beyond our expectations! We had the fish of the day, guanciale pasta, bolognese, affogato and espresso service at the end of our meal. The wine list was exceptional! I highly recommend Sorella as one of my favorite restaurants in Spokane!

    We had an absolutely lovely Christmas Eve dinner at Churchill’s. We were able to sit in their lounge downstairs(as requested). Our table was perfect. They’ve created such a cozy, inviting atmosphere-it feels like a hug. As always, everything was spot on-from the excellent cocktails, to the buttery, melt in your mouth steaks! I’m not sure it would’ve been possible to have a more excellently prepared piece of meat! All of this is only elevated further by their lovely, attentive staff(thank you, Isabel!). Looking forward to our next visit!

    Christmas Eve dinner for two. The food was excellent and service was good but a bit slow however, it was Christmas Eve and they were very busy! Despite it being a packed house, we never felt rushed. Always love the atmosphere at Luna and the holiday decor added to the already wonderful ambiance.

    My wife and I have been dining at this restaurant every year on Christmas eve for 15 years. Most years our entire dining experience was great, which always left us with high expectations for our next visit. There were some years it was not great at all. This year it was exceptional, the best ever. They can get so busy this day of the year, an early dining time is probably helpful. My dining "experience" includes everything, from ease of reservations, to check in, wait time for a table, table selection, wait time for a server, wait time for orders to arrive, ambiance, noise levels, decor, and of course server skills and attentiveness, food and drink quality and presentation, all in a comfortable setting. Our experience, on possibly their busiest day of the year, was outstanding.

    I'd argue this is the best restaurant in Spokane. For starters the Yukon Taquitos are to die for. My wife and I both had the Snake River Farms flank steak which was excellent. The desserts are top notch. Service was excellent. I've been here a number of times over the years and have never been disappointed, Love the Wild Sage and highly recommend!
