There were eight of us with about five ordering fillet. three of the steaks were grossly overcooked. One customer finished the steak not wanting to wait for a new one to come from the kitchen. One customer’s steak was replaced. The third Customer left without getting steal replaced, although an offer was made by manager The third customer was not charged for a steak however, the overall experience was very bad with three prime fillets being ruined, which were ordered as medium rare, but were cooked as medium well too well

As always, the food was excellent, but overall, I think our consensus is that unless we can get specific servers, eating here is not worth the exorbitant price. At $6 a drink, in an upper end establishment, our glasses should never be empty, and yet they were often. Our table should be prebussed regularly, and yet empty dishes sat throughout the meal. The server should anticipate our needs as much as possible without our having to ask for things. Yes, these are ideals, but when one pays hundreds of dollars for a single meal, things should be ideal. Next time, if we can’t get a server we know will meet our expectations, we just won’t go.

We had a wonderful lunch at Fleming’s! We lucked out again and had Daniel—our favorite sommelier—as our server. His knowledge of both the wine and food menus is always impressive, and he makes the dining experience even better. This time, we went a little lighter than our usual filet-and-sides dinner. We each started with fresh, flavorful salads and then shared a delicious spread of appetizers: the crab cakes, tuna poke stack, and beef carpaccio. Every dish was spot on—beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. It’s always a treat dining here, whether for a hearty dinner or a lighter lunch. And with Dan taking care of us, it’s a guaranteed great time!

Aniko is the best waitress! She is very knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings. The food is always delicious but Aniko goes above and beyond to make every dining experience special!

Steak and salad were great. My wife ordered the crab bisque and said it tasted like nachos cheese you get at the ball park but also included several shells.

Our server Chase was very kind and made our experience all the better. Bone-in ribeye + diablo shrimps were on point as well as the filet mignon my wife ordered. Great wine selection, and will definitely visit again when I come back to Destin soon.
