Our server, Connor, was outstanding! Food was excellent! We appreciate that you reserved one of the the circular booths for us (which is our favorite), especially during the very busy Barrett Jackson event. We've been coming to Fleming's DC Ranch for over 20 years but haven't been there is quite sometime but we will be back soon! We enjoyed the wedge salad, which I think is one of the best in the valley, the petite filet, bone-in rib eye and the famous Fleming's potatoes. Everything was cooked to perfection. I also love that they have an extensive wine list whether you are ordering by the glass or a bottle. 😋

Did not have appropriate staffing on patio for Wed happy hour. We sat there for 20 min without drinks or placing an order.

Food excellent as usual but holy cow the prices!! It was always finer dining but $360 for two people is crazy. There were 3 moderate glasses of wine in there but still. Even though we are not typically price sensitive, this seems out of reach for most.

The main filet was cooked accurately, the service was superb. The carrot cake was amazing! Regarding noise level, we dined very early and there was very few people in the restaurant.

My wife and I had their Tuesday night Tomahawk. A fun meal with a large bone in ribeye that you need to share. It also includes a salad and two choices of side dish then 2 desserts. Be ready to have a doggie bag.
