Every dish was a work of art, but the crab tacos and guacamole sorbet were truly unforgettable—easily one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Each course was perfectly paced, and the flavors were both bold and beautifully balanced. Chef Jorge himself was beyond hospitable, checking in on us, sharing his passion for each dish, and making us feel like family. The service was impeccable, and every detail was thoughtfully executed. Amazing food, impecable service. Anyway something very weird happened. The restaurant was not full and we were seated ina very small and uncomfortable table. When we asked for options we were told if we wanted a different table we had to wait a couple of hours. We took the table but as we finished the meal. No one had sat down in the empty tables. I guess sometimes people don't really care.

Very good choice, we had dinner there and we had a very good experience.
