- AAlexandraNew York City •53 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThe dining room is loud and brightly lit, peopled with a young crowd, so we chose to sit in the more intimate, low lit area by the kitchen. It was like being in the series The Bear. The head chef was loudly calling out orders to the kitchen staff. It was entertaining to see them, preparing the food. The service was great and food exceptional. We had Lion’s mane and various mushrooms with fingerling potatoes and herbs, which was flavorful and comforting. This is a foodie restaurant that combines unexpected ingredients in a unique & delicious way. There are many dishes with multiple ingredients, you can order and share, one after the other. The staff is very friendly and makes sure you know in detail what you’re ordering. They do not rush you. We had squash blossoms, which my boyfriend loved. For me, the addition of honey was a negative, but it had a nice little kick of jalapeño. The Cobia, a clean fish, sourced from a superior vendor, was tender & delightful, served with tender carrots, English peas, and a light curry. We were full after those three dishes and did not order dessert. We like this restaurant a lot and will be returning.More infoFernPrice: Expensive• Farm-to-table• West Palm Beach•4.8

Our server, which I’m sorry I cannot remember her name, was fabulous. Knowledgeable, attentive, funny, and had a great recommendations. Looking forward to returning very soon! - EemilyVIPDenver / Colorado •5 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 12, 2024If you are searching for a unique, delicious and extraordinary dining experience - this hits all the marks. This was our second time dining with Jacob and Nadia, and round 2 catapulted us more deeply in love with their entire operation. Attention to detail is beyond exceptional here. They have every single nuance of the experience dialed - this is a multi-sensory journey - the visual quality of the room, the dark walls, perfect lighting and gorgeous plating and utensil selection - the playlist coming out of the speakers, which is raised and lowered at the perfect times, coinciding with the introduction of each course and pairing....the rich and delicious flavors, textures and adventure that is Jacob's food - perfectly paired with the incredibly interesting and educational journey that is Nadias liquid orchestra. These two are beyond, beyond. I will also give an extra mention to the incredibly thoughtful non alcoholic beverage pairing service offered - as a fellow sober human walking this life surrounded by alcoholic intoxication - I am extremely proud of Jacob for his sobriety and the bold stand he has taken to curate and provide this non alcoholic option - which I might add, is the best collection of non alcoholic beverages to ever hit my lips. Beyond 5 stars, so grateful we found you all - of course we will be back!More infoKonroPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• West Palm Beach•5
