Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Miami Springs

Second visit and it didn’t disappoint. Four different appetizers, two different salads and four different main courses were ALL really good! Wine selection varied and personally choosing two different bottles was interesting and fun! Overall a great experience!

Excellent food and an incredible mix of flavor, can’t really wait to go back. Highly recommend going to Kojin. Everyone was very knowledgeable and genuinely eager to help. Wishing all the staff and the owners only the very best on this coming 2025!!!!

Many patrons are going to the Gables Stage Theater on the Hotel premises. The shows begin at 7:30PM but the restaurant does not open until 6:00PM. There was a crowd of over 40 people waiting for a table at 6:00. I would think that restaurant management would figure out that when there are performances at the theater, they should open the restaurant at 5:30.

Really cute restaurant. The live music was very soothing lots of Frank Sinatra and the food was very good.

We dined on a Sunday at 5:30 PM. Our server Javier was wonderful and attentive. He informed us about their Happy Hour offerings. A lost art in service is recommendations by staff- but Javier was helpful and happy to point out dishes and ask about dietary needs. Our party enjoyes lomo saltado, tostones w camarones, anticucho de carne, NY Strip, and chicharrón de pescado. My favorite was the Parihuela de Mariscos w a side of rice. It’s tad annoying to pay extra for rice- but it compliments dish dwell. Cocktails were great . They have a spicy margarita that was delicious.
