Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Laguna Hills / Lake Forest / Foothill Ranch

We celebrated my friend's birthday at 230 Forest today. We sat outside on their beautiful patio and enjoyed the great weather and perfect food. We ordered fish tacos and the candied walnut and salmon salad. Pure deliciousness all around! The service was excellent and attentive. I have dined at 230 Forest since 1998. I love it every time! I highly recommend this Laguna Beach treasure.

A little too loud inside (music) so ate outside. Loved the Panang curry and ancient grains bowls; we've had them multiple times. However this time ww both selected shrimp and it wasn't very fresh tasting. Same thing the last time as well. We recommend the antibiotic chicken for both bowls and you won't be disappointed.

I went yo an early dinner with 5 friends. The food, service, and experience were all great. Shout out to the manager for being so welcoming and taking the time to thank us for coming in.

This is the finest food in the area with an ambiance that actually allows you to converse without screaming. The service was impeccable as was each item we selected. We left very happy about our experience.
