My spouse and I had the pleasure of dining at “Carnival” yesterday to celebrate my birthday. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with exceptional warmth and hospitality that truly sets this place apart from any other restaurant in town. Having visited several renowned establishments, none come close to matching the level of care, taste, and experience we received here. Special thanks to Mr. Dev for making every moment unforgettable. We enjoyed outstanding Mojitos, Inside Out Vada Pav, Paneer Tikka, Duet Curry Malai Kofta, Naan, and the decadent 3-Tier Gulab Jamun Rabri dessert. Just a LOVELY dining experience. From the elegance of the decor, to the exceptional and friendly wait staff, nothing was left or wanting. The food was really really good. I love that this chef had such knowledge of Italian cuisine and the pairing of food on each plate was perfection. My burrata and beet salad was divine. I had the sweet potato gnocchi - with an incredible pesto sauce. Don't hesitate about this restaurant - make a reservation today!
