Liberty Tavern is a 130-seat restaurant spread over two rooms, including a 20-seat bar. In addition to our full-service kitchen offering our take on American classics, we also have two wood fired ovens. Our restaurant is a casual vibe that is perfect for dinner with friends and family, date nights, or to enjoy cheering on our Boston teams on one of our 11 TVs. We are open for lunch Monday-Friday at 12pm, with our main menu available until 10pm; and our late-night menu is available 10pm-12am daily.     The meal was amazing. It was a group of 4 and there were 4 different meals. We ordered the bolognese, chicken parmigiana, frutti di mare, and oven roasted Atlantic cod!!! Everything as cooked perfect!

    We had the house burger which was juicy and fairly large, the salmon accompanied by a medley of vegetables was very satisfying, the flank steak was served medium rare as requested . But it was very salted as were the fries. T Our waitress was attentive and agréable. he pizza Marguerite was close to a real Italian one, thanks to the wood fired oven you can see Overall a good experience with food better than your average pub.

    The food was divine and the service was impeccable. If you’re looking for an upscale restaurant without the hassle of traveling into the city, look no further. This is a gem of a restaurant that I hope more people on the South Shore discover so that it will remain a staple in our community for decades to come. The drink menu was impressive, the short rib gnocchi appetizer was delicious, and the espresso crème brûlée was the best I’ve ever tasted. Lucca is not to be missed!
