Best Live Music Restaurants in Richmond Heights

We really appreciate that the Standard is open on Thanksgiving. It's just me and my elderly mother who doesn't cook anymore, so it's nice to have a good place open on the holiday. Overall, the food was very good. We had: French onion soup, Romain "wedge" salad, braised lamb shank with risotto, white meat turkey special and an apple tart each. Mom said the soup was good - though not quite as good as the one she made herself for a Julie and Julia from the French Chef's cookbook some years ago. My salad was very nice. Mom's lamb was good, but a bit tepid and short on vegetables. My turkey and accoutrements were very good, well-seasoned, not dry, and hot. The only real disappointment was the dessert. The tart was flat with no discernable edge to the crust - which was underbaked. Our waiter said that it was the first attempt at this item and it could use a bit of polishing. Our server was very personable and engaging. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The noise level was moderate. Overall, a great experience. Thanks Standard!

This was our first time at Pier W. We were seated at the Booth facing Lake Erie and downtown Cleveland. They said that’s the best table in the restaurant. Our waitress went above and beyond our expectations as she was always asking if we need anything and always making sure everything is ok. The meal exceeded our expectations as the meal was so good. You have to try the buckeye torte. Out of this world. We will definitely be back.

The restaurant atmosphere is wonderful. It’s beautiful inside old rustic look of old Italian restaurant. Terry, the host was absolutely gracious brought over some fresh made pasta for sampling to our table. Great waiter great service highly recommended.

Nice place. Very friendly and attentive service, but not intrusive. Very good food. Excellent wine and drink menu. It would be good for a romantic dinner I think.

I and my guests arrived before dinner tim. Promptly seated and waited on by Isiah. He was thjoughtful, advised dish substitutes where able- most mannerable.
