Everything your heart desires from breakfast and a mouthwatering omelet to jambalaya and grandma’s potato salad to prime rib and boiled shrimp. The Obvious Choice band was great and interactive and the ambiance of the Grand Hotel added to an already overall great atmosphere. Then dinner was the filet which was cooked perfectly and delish spinach and potatoes. Additionally, we had the chicken with pappardelle. This was also cooked perfectly and very tender meat. This dish was rather large and plenty of left overs. Concluded with a piece of the bread pudding served warm with a caramel sauce.
