    Outstanding experience, from arrival to departure. On a whim we asked to tour the kitchen and were greeted by the executive chef, who is an absolute delight, gentle, supremely talented and gracious. The food is outer worldly, fresh and beautifully presented. The drinks were splendid, fresh and original. Honestly, every single moment at the restaurant exceeded every measurable mark of greatness. Cannot wait to return to this amazing culinary gem!

    It was a Miami scene. Energetic. Fun. Drinks were inventive. Great wine list. Interesting bites and main courses. Bluefish with truffles. Waygu with caviar. Carrots with pistachio. Branzino with artichoke hearts. Yummy. Pricey.

    Every time I visit Soy a Pomodoro, it feels like a special treat! It offers such a unique Italian culinary experience! It's one of the rare restaurants that truly embraces local flavors and authentic hospitality.
