The food was delicious except the curry chicken salad on croissant had no flavor and was dry. Everything else was wonderful. The service was excellent. It was a fun splurge.More infoThe Rotunda at Neiman Marcus - San FranciscoPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown / Union Square•4.8

- JJanetSan Francisco Bay Area •5 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had a large group for afternoon tea at the Post Room. We were seated in a large, beautiful, semi-private room. The servers and service were wonderful. I loved the way they presented the options for tea by coming around with a cart with dry tea leaves in glass vessels to smell before choosing. The bourbon vanilla rooibos was particularly good! The table, dishes, and tea service were beautiful. My only suggestion for improvement would be to make the sandwiches a little more robust, so you get a better balance of savory and sweet. I hope that the Post Room will start doing afternoon tea year round!More infoThe Post RoomPrice: Expensive• Californian• Downtown / Union Square•4.3
