- LLoraineSeattle / Eastern Washington •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoThere needs to be more tea rooms like Queen Mary over on the Eastside! Us 3 ladies enjoyed our time, sipping tea, admiring the beautiful decor, and delighting in every bite of the beautifully presented morsels. The gluten free afternoon tea didn’t taste gluten free. I appreciated how the bread for the tea sandwiches was moist and not mushy at all. Our server was cheerful and helpful. We didn’t feel rushed and had a great time looking at all the tea related items in the emporium. Thank you for a great experience.More infoQueen Mary Tea RoomPrice: Moderate• Afternoon Tea• Laurelhurst•4.8
- SSharadawnSan Francisco Bay Area •3 reviews4.0Dined 7 days agoWe came for holiday tea & arrived just at the grace period of 15 minutes, as we could not figure out the location. There was no signage on Lake Street, we walked around the entire building. We were greeted & sat promptly. I cannot remember when our tea order was taken, but it was ~20 minutes after sitting that it arrived, & about 40 minutes until our food came. I am unsure if this pace is typical, but it seemed very long with children in tow. The food itself was perfect! The children all raved about their tiers, it was catered to their taste yet elevated just enough in presentation. I especially loved that their sweets were the same as the adult selection, not overly sweet. The adult tiers were incredible - eggs Benedict, lobster roll, duck confit (a little dry, but with the jelly - amazing), ricotta mousse with pear was the absolute favorite, the eggnog cream puffs were heaven, so light, & the gingerbread macaron was delicious, as well. Oh, and I cannot forget their scones! Their texture is perfect, as they do not crumble into a million pieces - absolutely delicious. For the tea, it was explained how to imply wanting more via placement of strainer over the teacup. Close to the end of our time, I had done so but wasn’t offered any & had to ask, with a long-paused reply “sure”. I definitely understand the need for turning tables for the next party. I only wish that the tea service itself was more frequent, perhaps I drink a lot of tea? In all, we loved Fogrose and look forward to returning. Would highly recommend for a delicious tea party experience.More infoFogrose AtelierPrice: Very Expensive• Afternoon Tea• Bellevue•4.5

The food was great, the service was helpful and friendly, the tea was delicious and the assortment of fingerfood were delightful and yummy!
