Best Restaurants that are Worth The Drive in Western Springs

The sauces were outstanding!!! I had the veal ravioli and my wife had the Carbonara pasta. Each were fantastic and the sauce was completely different. It was hard to decide which was better. One of the best Italian restaurants we've been to in quite a while. Very small setting as max capacity is 49 people. Service was wonderful. Will definitely return. Compliments to the chef. The only negative I could give this place is the 3% add on for use of a credit card, but this is becoming universal in Chicago so I guess it's the future.

Food was good. Service was fast, although felt rushed to leave despite no one waiting to be seated and tables open. Mixup on bill- ran credit card for wrong amount x2. I had to point it out to get it corrected.

Our waitress was fantastic. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect. It was cold outside but the ambience inside was warm and inviting. I was out with some old friends and glad we picked the Pour House to meet.

Neighborhood gem - whether getting apps, salads or entrees - always good - popular for pizza but ive not tried - YET

Marco’s Kitchen was amazing for the food, service, and ambiance. We celebrated my Mom’s 75th birthday there and they brought over a dessert (which was delicious!) but did not make a fuss, which is exactly what we wanted for her. She does not like being the center of attention. The drinks were outstanding as well! We will definitely be back!
