How do you take a classic staple of American dining, the steakhouse, and break down the traditional thinking to create something entirely new and exciting?     Echo and Rig is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were treated to a fantastic dining experience. The atmosphere is upscale yet unpretentious, creating a warm and inviting vibe. Adrian, our bartender, made the night even more memorable. He was not only incredibly skilled with his cocktails but also had a great sense of humor and was so attentive to our needs. His drink suggestions were spot-on, and each one was crafted perfectly. The food was outstanding — each dish was fresh, beautifully plated, and packed with flavor. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the sides complemented it beautifully. The entire meal felt like a celebration, thanks to Adrian’s excellent service and the amazing food. If you’re looking for a place with great drinks, delicious food, and a stellar experience, Echo and Rig is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!

    We really love the food and vibe here. Getting a seat in the main dining room makes the experience here all the better for us so we can easily see the live entertainment. This visit we enjoyed caesar salads, chicken parmesan, lasagna and the special of the night. All of them were excellent. Prices are reasonable.

    I cannot rave about this precious gem of a restaurant enough. The absolute charm, the utter excellence makes this one of my favorite places to dine in Las Vegas. Chef Gina is a master at her craft and each table has the delight of a view of her doing her thing. The mushroom pasta, the meatballs, the waygu carpaccio, the pesto pizza, uh just perfection. The cocktails are also seamlessly in harmony with the menu, simply delicious. Whether you're with friends or on a romantic date (I've experienced both), you're almost guaranteed to have a memorable experience. Thank you La Strega for being so close to where I live too lol, so that I may have that steak any time I need it again, cause I'll be dreaming of that chimichurri. ❤️
