The menu is very creative and while steaks are king, seafood and pasta dishes are equally outstanding. Service is consistently on point from the hostess to the wait staff and the manager. Our server, Brandon, was exceptional. He paced our meal perfectly and anticipated our party’s every need. We were celebrating an engagement in the family, and the staff went above and beyond with some extras to make the day super special for our party. Highly recommend!More infoStirrups at World Equestrian CenterPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Ocala•4.7

- GGregoryTampa / Central Florida West •9 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had a delightful experience at The Braised Onion. The most wonderful things were the genial and knowledgeable service from Joanne and the second was the quality of the food. We had both the Poached Pear Salad (the pear the perfect sweetness to compliment the vinaigrette) and the half-Caesar wedge which was also crisp and well presented. The classic liver and onions with bacon was very American and well cooked. They generously allowed a substitution for the mashed potatoes with asparagus. This Louisiana native really enjoyed their version of shrimp and grits. Shrimp were perfectly cooked; the sauce had the perfect seasoning with generous portions of andouille sausage. our pre dinner cocktails were well executed; the rolls (with their garlic and parsley topping and the whipped butter) were spot-on. A wonderful evening in Ocala.More infoBraised OnionPrice: Moderate• Comfort Food• Ocala•4.7
