Very good food and good wine list. Friendly, attentive and efficient service. Comfortable ambience.

This was our first visit. We started with the four gras and the beet salad, both delicious. We had the lamb for two, prepared with Meyer lemon. It was perfectly balanced, the lemon added to the dish instead of overpowering it and the meat was a perfect medium rare. The staff was attentive and friendly, especially the bartender. We would like to go back on a night when they have their tasting menu available. The only thing that was off was that it was very smoky. I think one of their exhaust fans is broken.

Cut was amazing. We dine there about 4 times a year and it never disappoints.

We had a great time for our Valentine's date. Nick's service was impeccable and the food was incredible. We will be back soon!
