NOTE: Please note parties of 10 or more please call for reservations. We are a small restaurant and requests for specific tables cannot be guaranteed. Reservations will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes. Please be sure your party arrives promptly. This old time watering hole once known as The Clear Water Tavern, catered to the desires of the cattle drovers , a group of professional middle men who purchased herds of cattle and swine from New England farmers. They would drive animals down post roads to the New York City markets, and sell them “for as good a price as they could get.” Today Old Drovers Inn offers a unique casual dining experience for everyone including pub night every Wednesday. Be sure to have a specialty cocktail featured on our cocktail menus. We are proud to have won two consecutive years in a row from Chronogram Magazine, Best Bartender and Best Craft Cocktail of the Hudson Valley!

At The Millbrook Inn, the term “local food” is literal: we are surrounded by family farms of every kind, and insist our menu is sourced only from the finest ingredients in Millbrook and the Hudson Valley. In our elegant but laid-back bar and conservatory, we serve elevated, but not fussy, American cuisine, supporting local farmers and purveyors of every kind: from produce to eggs; from poultry to pork; from dairy to maple syrup. Our signature burger, has been called “one of the best burgers” in the Hudson Valley. In the evening, our intimate bar comes alive, with a wood-burning fireplace, great wines, and local, award-winning spirits and liquors. Just like our kitchen, we insist our bar is local; and showcase the best wines and spirits produced right here in Millbrook, the Hudson Valley, and New York State wine regions. We also offer outdoor dining, in our adjacent patio set amidst flower gardens and string lights.

Always a wonderful experience at Bocuse. The food is as delicious as it is beautiful. I didn’t love my Bocuse bowl, but my partner’s pork and my cousins’ entrees were outstanding. The appetizers and desserts were amazing. Thanks to your lovely students and staff.

The setting is superb, hostess was very pleasant & wait staff was great. We were a party of 4 so we all had a different signature cocktail, they were all delicious!!! The food was extremely tasty but two poached egg dishes came to the table lukewarm. The other two entrees were warmer but not hot. The food in general was extremely tasty. A wonderful Sunday Brunch!

Our family had a special dinner on a Saturday, enjoying something from every part of the menu (signature cocktails and mocktails; appetizers, entrees and desserts). Flavor galore. Our server, Lincoln, was attentive, made great suggestions and helped make it a perfect evening. The night was made extra special when a young couple a few tables away got engaged to the applause of all. In the car ride back to our house, the five of us each sang the praises of Millwrights. Top Shelf evening.

I have been to Arethusa’s before and had an amazing experience. I took my two daughters last night and I was so happy to have shared the experience with them. They were extremely impressed with the service and the quality of the food. This is surely a 5 star place for me. ❤️
