Best Restaurants that are Worth The Drive in Ferndale

This is the first time I tried this restaurant. We booked for an earlier dinner at 4:30pm, the two of us were seated in a four person table so it’s very roomy. It was the dine out Vancouver menu $65/person for a three course meal. The food was delicious and services were excellent. Totally worth the visit!

Celine, our server, was exceptional. Her great and engaging personality made the dining experience fantastic! It was very busy due to an event in town, so we had to wait on our reservation. The food was great, done exactly how we liked it. Great value for the money. The only drawback was the front of house person, no personality, not a smile to be seen. They are supposed to be the greeter to engage you and get you excited for a dining experience. Your servers are wonderful, but invest in the front, she has no business working with people. We have been coming here the 20 years since we came to Canada, and this person was the worst. The saving grace was that Celine was exceptional, considerate, and very friendly. She saved the experience, and the great food!

The food here is always very good to excellent. I found the lasagna a little to tomatoes. Our other guests loved their meals. Calamari was outstanding!

Staff is awesome! They’re friendly and efficient. The food is good but pricey. It’s always so cold in the restaurant. They need more staff. It’s a lot of waiting.
