- NNatalieJacksonville / Northeast Florida •5 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoServers at the restaurant were great. So were the hostesses inside. Food and tea were delicious as always. The gal checking reservations at the entrance to the hotel to admit guests inside could use a refresher in customer service. How about welcome guests warmly with a smile? Say hello or good morning? Make eye contact? Literally anything other than the cold front she put on. Maybe she hates her job? For paying $500+ for tea time lunch you shouldn’t act like we’re inconveniencing you. She also didn’t offer the lift for my stroller and just watched us struggle carrying it up the stairs and no one grabbed the door to help. They stand on the stairs looking down on people trying to come inside like they’re better than everyone else. That part is odd.More infoThe Palm Court at The Plaza HotelPrice: Very Expensive• American• Midtown East•4.4
- NNerissaNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoWe watched the Thanksgiving parade today and since it finished earlier than we thought, we showed up almost an hour early for our reservation. But they were able to work something out to take us in. They sat us in the basement of the restaurant, like their cellar since the walls were filled with unopened wine bottles. The ambiance was still good and the noise level was much quieter, too than the main dining area. We ordered a pitcher of sangria, grilled octopus for appetizers, seafood with black pasta and Tony's veal for our main entrees and affogato and tiramisu with coffee for dessert. We were very happy and satisfied with our food. They were all excellently prepared like we expected. Will definitely keep coming back! Tony's is one of our favorite restaurants to go to in NYC. Service was also superb!More infoTony's Di Napoli - MidtownPrice: Expensive• Italian• Theater District•4.7
- CCraigvipNew York City •18 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoI’ve been visiting Becco for ~15 years when in Manhattan. The experiences have been consistently excellent. This year’s thanksgiving dinner was wonderful. Great wine, antipasto, three tasty pastas, braised short ribs that melted in my mouth, and a dessert sampler tray. I’ve never been offered cocoa pasta stuffed with squash. It was creamy and without a hint of chocolate—despite the ingredients. Another fun Becco experience. Thanks Lydia and staff!More infoBeccoPrice: Expensive• Italian• Theater District•4.5

The hostess made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and the attentive service continued throughout the evening. I spoke with the manager, who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great experience. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for our gathering. I highly recommend Carmine's on 44th for its fantastic food and outstanding service!More infoCarmine's - 44th Street - NYCPrice: Moderate• Italian• Theater District•4.6
