I’m not sure why restaurants don’t boil lobster, but bake it instead. Of course they did not charge us for the lobster, plus they gave us complimentary desserts. We stayed at the hotel so we had an even better experience overall! 5* all the way. Be sure to dress up—this is a refined, special place. We saw a few people in shorts and sneakers… a shame, really.
