Last night we went as a family (myself, my father, my husband, and our adult daughter). We sat at the bar with Cristian (bartender extraordinaire) and had the most wonderful dinner. He is absolutely the best guy there with the best heart and the best stories and drinks. We had a small issue with dinner - but Jeff the manager had it resolved efficiently and nicely. It is a pleasure for us to know these two fine gentlemen. We have not been to the Roaring Fork for awhile now as we moved to the far east side of the Valley. We were not disappointed. From the moment we were created by the hostess, to the server in the Bar Area for Happy Hour to our table for dinner we were well treated. I believe our server in the bar was Matt and our table server was Kalyn.
