Best Neighborhood Gem Restaurants in Middleborough

The Venetian is a very good restaurant with cozy booths and beautiful decorations. We had a wonderful experience, there were 4 of us and we all enjoyed our dinner. We had shrimp scampi, seafood fra diavlo , and chicken parmigiana. The fresh homemade pasta was delicious. For dessert we had the cannolis, tiramisu and carrot cake, all very good. Mary, our server, was great, our food arrived quickly and was very helpful in answering our questions. The prices are reasonable and I recommend the Venetian!

We had a wonderful experience for my boyfriend’s birthday. The waitress was honest and knowledgeable when we asked for his input while ordering steaks. I ordered the Kobe cap medium rare and it came out rare, but it was still delicious. Everything was amazing. We will Definitely be back.

Exactly what you would expect at a true dark wood steak house. The bartenders were very friendly. And I know it's all about the beef but, the baked potatos.oh my, absolutely fantastic.

We had about a 45 drive to the restaurant but it was my wife’s birthday and I wanted to take her somewhere nice. I made a reservation for a hi top table in the lounge. We were seated in the lounge and right in front of the fireplace. It was a freezing cold winter night so it was perfect. Our server was very friendly and attentive. She brought out bread and we ordered drinks and buffalo chicken dip to start. The dip was delicious and just enough to not fill up on. We ordered our meals and more drinks. The food came out and was spaced perfectly. We both enjoyed our meals and had no room for dessert. The menu is huge and the prices are reasonable, especially for the food quality. Fireside is a large restaurant and it was at full capacity. I highly recommend this place but suggest making reservations. We’ll definitely be back … maybe for my birthday next month!
