Best Neighborhood Gem Restaurants in Laveen

We always enjoy our visits to El Chorro and today was another great experience. We came early afternoon for the Sunday Brunch and our server, Vicky was so pleasant, great sense of humor and gave us fantastic service all around. We had Eggs Benedict with a side of fruit salad and the Porridge Waffle with the most amazing date syrup! Mimosas to start, great coffee to go with the amazing and famous cinnamon buns brought out right away. The patio is one of the most beautiful anywhere!

Had a reservation for 7 and didn’t realize there was an event downtown and parking was a mess. Was a little late but there was room at the bar while they got a table ready. Was trying to decide between two drinks and the bartender Geo recommended the old fashioned. I live a good old fashioned and I make a pretty good one myself but I agreed with the recommendation. Sometimes you haven’t leave it to the professionals and it was even better than mine. Had a medium rare fillet mignon cooked and seasoned to perfection and then mashed potato’s. That’s why I come here. Definitely recommend.

We had a chance to meet friends / colleagues who were in Phoenix for a family event. We wanted to meet at a place where we could have a conversation while enjoying great food and a wonderful overall experience. The service team, the team in the kitchen, the feeling connected to the restaurant, along with every contact point is designed to deliver consistent results. My first experience at Lon's was in 2006, and it remains my favorite place for this experience. All the best to each of you!

Every time I visit Scottsdale this is a place I always go. Consistency with the menu and execution of the food and cocktails is top notch. Such a great staple in this city.

We had super fun and delicious birthday dinner! Wife has the sea bass and I had the mussels! Both were delicious. Thank you Logan for being a great server. Especially loved his humor when I said, “ I’ve had mussel from all over the world and he quickly replied….we just get ours right out of the canal”. Anyway, great food, service and fun. We will be back soon.
