Perry’s Famous Pork Chop is a massive, bone-in chop that’s dry-aged for added flavor and then slow-roasted to perfection, resulting in a tender, juicy interior with a caramelized, slightly crispy exterior. The pork is incredibly flavorful, with just the right balance of savory and slightly sweet from the natural juices and seasoning. The portion size is generous, making it perfect for sharing or for a hearty meal if you're dining solo. Well-prepared and thoughtful dishes for a range of tastes at a price point comparable with their quality. Would definitely go back, no question. Has the ambiance of a special occasion without emptying the wallet. We had two appetizers (one at market price), three entrees, two glasses of wine, one glass of port, and a soda for $245 before tip. That’s about $80/person and we didn’t finish our entrees after the appetizers—portions are very decent. Cut out the alcohol and the market price appetizer and you’re looking at probably $50-60/person, which honestly I’ve spent on a DoorDash for far less thoughtfully-prepared food.

One of my fav restaurants! The aha tuna special was marvelous! Hope to get it again one day! Just wow!

Bellinis never disappoints. Food and services is always top notch. We are vegatarians and they have some nice choices for us. The ambiance is very nice and the service is first class. Why go into Jefferson County when you have this jewel in your backyard. Great restaurant. Love the grilled Caesar salad. Could eat that every day! The veggie burgers which are wood gilled are great!
