On previous lunch and dinner visits, we have enjoyed other beef, fish, and vegetarian dishes. The menu offers a nice variety and along with the specials, you makes our visits a much anticipated culinary delight.. We love the BYOB policy that allows us to bring our wine club wines. The restaurant is beautiful, the service was excellent, our dishes were always cleared promptly & the courses were perfectly spaced that we didn’t feel rushed at any point or that we were waiting. Also- most importantly the food was outstanding. We will definitely return many times! I started with the Salmon Gravlax, which was prepared in a buttermilk-dill vinaigrette; the pumpernickel crisps were a delightful touch. I then had the prime rib which was one of the best I have ever eaten. Whatever the chef marinated it in was phenomenal. The smoked horseradish whipped potatoes and roasted brussels sprouts nicely balanced it. My brother enjoyed his smoked trout salad and cocoa barbecue ribs. Taylor was our server and she was another highlight as she knew the menu, was professional, courteous, and friendly. She had us laughing and enjoying ourselves.
